Thrive Behavioral Consulting was founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
Alison Dinsmore, M.A., BCBA
Alison is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA). She has over 10 years of experience working with children ranging in ages from 2-15 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), other developmental disabilities, and behavior challenges. Her experience includes working in a broad array of education settings including daycares, preschools, public, private, and Montessori schools. She successfully offered social skills classes to the military community in Germany and understands the unique challenges that military children may encounter.
